The Mission of Loop is to develop a community of young professionals equipped to transform San Antonio.

LOOP is a network of young professional peers, professional communities and leadership of community organizations and businesses which educates and exposes its members with civic issues through event programming that focuses on topics that are at the forefront of San Antonio’s future.
LOOP develops young professionals into leaders through informative events and resources; exposure to high profile people and issues; and connections to resources, opportunities, mentors who are plugged in to San Antonio. We establish a space for these professionals to engage one another across sectors and geography, share ideas, become friends, and expand their personal and professional reach in a positive and powerful manner that will lead to the opportunity to lead.
LOOP members transform San Antonio by serving as advocates for the young professional community.
LOOP works to engage, lead and transform San Antonio into a premier location for innovative and talented young professionals. We strive to accomplish this through the following strategies.
Networking Opportunities: mixers, sporting functions, recreational activities, trips, arts awareness, etc. in a genuine collaborative setting.
Young Professional Ambassador Program: comprised of young professionals to assist with recruitment and retention of young professionals in our community. This network of local ambassadors will interface with new and existing businesses to attract young professionals to San Antonio.
Mentorship Program: teams SA natives with SA newbies in an effort to share knowledge about the town with others and make newcomers feel @ home.
Facilitate Leadership Development: introduces leadership programming and training to young professionals and opportunities to serve on Board, Commissions and Committees.
Community Involvement: catalyzing investment, volunteerism and advocacy for issues essential to the recruitment and retention of young professionals. Provide leadership on citywide issues such as education, public transportation, economic competitiveness, environmental protection, sustainable development, etc.
